8 oz. uncooked pasta, such as penne or rotini
1 lb. Italian sausage or ground beef, cooked and drained
1 jar (24 oz.) prepared pasta sauce
1 can (29 oz.) Veg-All® Mixed Vegetables, drained
2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Heat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions in a large saucepan or Dutch oven; drain and return to pan.
- Stir in cooked meat, pasta sauce, vegetables, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Spoon pasta mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until cheese is bubbly. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
